On an event site the fleet serves several teams in parallel. Artists and VIPs are moved discreetly from gate to dressing room to stage, guests are shuttled from car park or entrance across the ground, and production, security and medical teams cover the site fast. Vehicles can be finished to the event or to a sponsor through the Branding step, turning a shuttle into part of the production rather than a piece of plant. Liveries, wraps and signage are applied at build, and practical fit-out such as load beds, canopies and accessible seating is specified to the brief. For a wedding or private event the finish is matched to the day so transport reads as part of the occasion.

Event days are long and back-to-back, so lithium batteries are specified for sustained stop-start running, and we plan charging on site so the fleet is ready each morning of a multi-day event. Charging points and a routine are agreed in advance, and across a larger fleet charging is staggered so cover is never lost overnight. Fast-charge options are discussed where a site runs around the clock.

Which model suits an event site?+

It depends on what you are moving. The Eight and The Six carry artist parties, VIPs and guest shuttles, while The Utility handles production logistics and build haulage. Most events run a mix, and we plan it to your site and dates.

Can you supply a fleet for specific event dates?+

Yes. Tell us your dates, site and requirement and we plan a fleet and bespoke specification around them, then deliver to site. We can scale the fleet to your peak movements rather than a fixed number.

Can vehicles be branded to the event or a sponsor?+

Yes. Liveries, wraps and signage are applied through the Branding step at build, so a shuttle becomes part of the production. For weddings and private events the finish is matched to the occasion.

Are they quiet enough for live events?+

Yes. Fully electric drivetrains are near-silent, ideal for moving people near stages and audiences without the diesel noise and fumes that undercut the atmosphere. That is the core reason events choose electric.

On the event ground they run on private land. Where a route uses a public road, only a genuinely type-approved specification is road legal, and we advise honestly on what that requires rather than imply a standard buggy qualifies.
