One quiet, clean vehicle for the maintenance team that keeps a large site running: carrying staff, tools and materials between jobs across grounds, drives and hard-standing without the noise and fumes of a petrol runabout.
On any large estate, campus or work site, the maintenance team spends its day moving. A blocked gully at one end, a fence repair at the other, deliveries to unload, waste to shift, a contractor to escort. A petrol utility vehicle does that work but announces itself everywhere it goes, and leaves fumes around buildings and people. An electric maintenance vehicle does the same job in near silence, with no exhaust, so it can work near offices, accommodation and the public without complaint. Specified with the right load bed, tyres and range for your site, it becomes the one vehicle the team reaches for all day, from the first job to the last.

The team, their tools and the parts for the next job carried in one trip, so time goes on the work rather than walking back to the stores.

Incoming deliveries moved from the gate to where they are needed, and waste taken the other way, quietly and without fumes near occupied buildings.

Contractors, surveyors and visitors taken to the far corners of a site quickly, keeping a large estate feeling managed and secure.

Regular runs of internal mail, linen, stores and consumables between buildings, replacing a series of trips on foot or in a van.

A load bed sized to your typical jobs, a tow point within a rated capacity and comfortable seating mean a single vehicle covers most of the maintenance day, from carrying tools to moving materials to escorting a contractor.

No engine noise and no exhaust mean the vehicle can run past offices, accommodation, classrooms and the public without intruding. Early starts and late finishes stop being a noise problem.

Lithium batteries charge overnight for a full working day, and an electric drivetrain has far less to service than a petrol engine. A 3-year warranty and 24-hour priority call-out keep the fleet available.
Fully electric, with no engine noise or fumes, so the work never intrudes on people, planting or the peace of the site.
Tyres, payload, towing and body configured for the actual work and the ground it happens on, not a one-size brochure spec.
Liveries, upholstery and your logo applied at build, so the fleet reads as part of your operation.

It depends on the model. Our compact utility vehicles carry several hundred kilograms in the bed with the one-tonne models carrying more, and towing is rated separately. We quote real figures for the model we recommend and scope honestly rather than imply a capacity we do not supply.
Yes. We specify tyres and drive configuration for a site that mixes turf, paths, gravel drives and yard, so the same vehicle handles the whole estate. On very soft ground we advise on tyres and routes.
Lithium batteries are sized to a full working day of mixed maintenance use in most cases, charged overnight and ready each morning. For larger sites or double shifts we size the battery, or a second charge point, around your pattern.
Within a rated towing capacity, yes. We are specific about what each model tows and will not imply it moves more than it safely can. For heavier dedicated towing we will tell you honestly where our vehicles fit and where they do not.
Yes. Quiet, fume-free running is exactly why maintenance teams on campuses, estates and public sites choose electric, so the work can continue near people without noise complaints or exhaust.

Tell us your site and the jobs the team covers, and we will specify a vehicle sized to the work, on the right tyres, and prepare a tailored quote.
