Our standard 3-year warranty protects the parts that matter most, the electric drivetrain, the lithium battery and the bodywork, and it is written to be used rather than to be argued over. Where you need longer or broader cover for a hard-working fleet, extended terms are available and confirmed in writing at the point of quotation.

The warranty covers the electric motor and drivetrain, the lithium battery and the bodywork against defects in materials and workmanship. Because an electric drivetrain has far fewer moving parts than a petrol one, there is simply less to go wrong, and what is covered is the heart of the vehicle rather than a list of exclusions.

Does the warranty cover wear items like tyres?+
Routine wear items are maintained through servicing rather than the warranty. We will always be clear about what counts as a warranty matter and what is normal maintenance.
How do I make a claim?+

Does the battery have a separate guarantee?+
The battery is covered within the warranty. Lithium batteries are designed to hold capacity well beyond the term when cared for, and we explain what healthy long-term performance looks like at handover.
