Five-star resort · Coastal England
A five-star coastal resort wanted to move guests between the hotel, spa and grounds without the noise and fumes of petrol vehicles, and to make the shuttle itself part of the welcome. This example shows how we specified a premium electric shuttle fleet.
An illustrative example project: client details are anonymised by type and region; the vehicles, configurations and outcomes reflect how we specify and support a fleet.
The brief
The resort's grounds are extensive and its guests expect calm and quiet, so noisy petrol transport undercut the experience. The resort wanted comfortable, refined electric shuttles that could run all day, be finished to the resort's standard, and cope with the coastal environment.
What we built
We specified six-seat electric shuttle buggies with weather protection and comfortable seating, finished in the resort's colours, on lithium batteries sized for a full day of stop-start guest transfers with an overnight charge. The result moves guests quietly and cleanly and reads as part of the resort's hospitality rather than back-of-house transport.
The result
Guests are moved across the grounds in quiet comfort, the shuttle has become part of the arrival experience rather than a necessary intrusion, and the resort runs the fleet all day on overnight charging. Servicing and support are handled under a single plan.
At a five-star resort the transport should feel like part of the hospitality, not an interruption to it. A refined electric shuttle, finished to the resort's standard, does exactly that.
