Engineer call-out: £90. Labour: £85 per hour.

Your engineer will diagnose the fault and aim to fix it on the day. If parts are required, we order them at factory cost. You pay what we pay for parts, with no markup.

How it works

    Brand, model, seats and power if you know them. Every question has a Don't know option, and unknowns never block a booking.

    Describe the fault

    Pick the closest issue from the list or describe it in your own words. Photos help the engineer arrive with the right parts.

  3. Step 3

    Pick a date and slot

    Choose a morning or afternoon visit on a day that suits you. We confirm the visit and you follow every step in your repair tracker.

Prefer we collect it?

For bigger jobs we can collect your vehicle, repair it in the workshop and return it to you. Collection is quoted on request; choose Collect and repair inside the booking and we will come back to you with the details.
