The Hawke J2 Utility pairs two seats with a 600 × 1,120 × 310 mm cargo box on the lifted J chassis, with 150 mm of ground clearance and a quoted 55 km of range.

The J2 Utility is the J Series for one person and a load. Behind the two seats sits a 600 × 1,120 × 310 mm cargo box, on a lifted chassis with 150 mm of ground clearance, independent MacPherson strut front suspension and 22 × 11-12 all-terrain tyres.

It is the shortest lifted model at 2,690 mm and turns in 3.5 m, so it works as easily in a service yard or between buildings as it does on grass and gravel. A 4 kW AC motor and a 5.4 kWh lithium battery give a quoted 55 km of range, the longest of the 48 V utility models.

At this size it makes sense to run several, one for each member of a grounds or maintenance team rather than one to share.
