Why two hires never cost the same
Dates and demand
Peak summer weekends and major event dates carry more demand than a midweek hire in the shoulder season, so the same vehicles can price differently across the calendar.
Duration
Longer hires earn a lower per-day rate: typically around 10% off from three days, around 18% off by a week, and around 25% off from a fortnight.
Delivery distance
We deliver and collect from our UK base, so the round trip to your venue is part of the price, typically £150 to £500 in total depending on distance and access.
Vehicle type and spec
A compact two-seater sits at the bottom of the range; six-seat people movers and 4x4 utility models sit higher. Seat count, terrain and load all steer the choice.
Drivers
Trained drivers typically run £150 to £260 per driver per day at market rates. Many hirers skip this and run the fleet with their own team after a handover.
Branding and extras
Bespoke branding, livery and event dressing are quoted per job, applied properly at preparation rather than stuck on for the day.
