Electric Golf Carts for Parks and Public Spaces

Electric Golf Carts for Parks and Public Spaces

Quiet, all-weather transport that carries rangers, visitors and tools across parks without disturbing wildlife or the public.

Overview

Why parks and public spaces choose Hawke Electric Vehicles

Parks and public spaces ask a lot of a vehicle: it must work across grass, paths and open ground while staying quiet enough not to spoil the place. Our electric golf carts move rangers, visitors and grounds teams, carry tools and litter, and open access for less-mobile visitors. Clean, near-silent running keeps wildlife and the public undisturbed in all weather.

FAQ

Parks & Public Spaces questions, answered

Which model suits a park or public space?+

The Hawke S2 Pickup is the core vehicle for grounds maintenance and greenkeeping, with the Hawke S4 or the Hawke S6 added where a passenger carriage is wanted for visitors and teams. We help settle the make-up to your grounds at the survey.

Will they damage the lawns and paths?+

No. Turf-friendly tires and sensible weight are specified so the fleet runs across lawns, beds and soft paths without marking them, and the grounds team's utility is built to maintain the space rather than scar it.

How do they support clean-air goals?+

Fully electric running produces no tailpipe emissions, which suits the clean-air goals local authorities have set for the public realm and keeps the air clean across lawns and gardens where the public gathers.

Can they carry visitors across the site?+

Yes. The Hawke S4 and the Hawke S6 carry visitors who cannot easily walk a large park or garden, with accessible builds specified to suit older and less mobile people, opening the whole space to everyone who comes.

Can the fleet be branded to the operator?+

Yes. Liveries and your logo are applied through the Branding step at build, so the fleet reads as part of a well-run space. Practical fit-out for grounds work is specified to the brief.

Are they road legal across the park?+

Standard vehicles are built for the private or managed grounds, where almost all movement happens. Where a route crosses a public road, only a genuinely type-approved specification is road legal, and we advise honestly on what that requires.

How is the fleet kept available?+

Every vehicle carries a 3-year warranty and a 24-hour priority call-out, and electric drivetrains need far less maintenance than gas. We plan servicing around quieter periods so the fleet is ready for the busy season.

Should we hire or buy?+

Operators who maintain and move across public ground every day almost always buy, since the fleet earns its keep daily and is finished to the operator. We can discuss supply for a season or an event, and recommend whichever genuinely suits you.
