Configured for wheelchair access, the P14 Access is built on the same 5000 mm, fourteen-passenger platform as the standard P14, with an identical 1120 kg maximum load. Hospitals, airports and visitor attractions add it to their fleets so one vehicle on the roster can carry every passenger. The accessible fit-out is the sole change from the standard P14.
